We welcome Travis Trent to UCC 2019 as a first time UCC Competitor. Although Trent has made a presence at UCC with his Powerstoke, UCC 2019 will be the first time he shows up as a UCC Competitor. Trent bought his first diesel at age 18 years old where his passion grew stronger and stronger to build the truck and fix it up with all the goodies. Unfortunately Trent was in a ‘head-on’ collision with that truck, but decided to make the best out of it. Trent used that truck and another to create the race truck he has today.
Trent brought a great group of friends to join him in the pits to put forth a team effort at UCC 2018 as a UCC Qualfiier. Trent earned 5th place overall in the UCC Qualifier bracket, just 36 points behind 4th place who earned their automatic invite to UCC 2019 as a UCC Competitor. In the drag racing portion of the competition, he was able to get down the ¼ mile track in 9.923 seconds placing him in 5th. Trent was able to throw down 1,259.8 HP and 1,840.9 pounds of torque on the dyno taking 10th place. For the sled pull portion, Travis was able to pull the sled 254.667 feet putting him in 6th place only 6 feet shy of 5th.
At UCC 2019, Trent will be competing with his 2005 ford F-250 with a common rail cummins and a wyse built 4r100. Trent is supported by Trent Heating & Air, Wyse Auto Repair LLC, API Fabrication, Caranci Performance Diesel, Diesel Conversion Specialists and BD Diesel & Auto. We look forward to seeing what Trent brings to the table as a first time UCC Competitor in May 3 - 5, 2019!
