Ultimate Callout Challenge competitor Tyler Mize of Pro Street Automotive out of Fort st. John British Columbia is gearing up for the big battle going down in Brownsburg, Indiana. After opening his store in 2006, Pro Street Automotive soon realized the type of performance that can be obtained with the diesel platform. While still keeping the pickups streetable, they focused their attention on diesel performance.
Tyler Mize's main goal for competing in the Ultimate Callout Challenge is to prove that even the small guys can hold their own amongst larger foes. Mize has a history in racing, so we have no doubt that Pro Street will be a force to be reckoned with.
ProStreet would like to thank their sponsors for all of the support that they have given them, which include DFC diesel, NAPC, Manton Pushrods, Dynomite Diesel Products, Iron Empire and Yoni Fabrication. ProStreet couldn't do this without all of the amazing support from their sponsors.
When asked about his plans on the build for the Ultimate Callout Challenge, ProStreet is planning on using their 5.9 Cummins with Carrillo hybrid rods and pistons, Manton valve train, and a few others that they're keeping Under Wraps. For their transmission they will be using an NAPC full race build. Fueling will be supported by Dynomite Diesel Products super mental injectors which will be supplied by a Fass fuel system, and with the addition of a ZEX Nitrous system, horsepower won't be an issue. As far as any suspension upgrades, the plan is to do a 4 link for the entire back half.
We can't wait to see what the pro street team can do.
